SALON POLICIES

7-Day Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your gel polish or nail enhancements chip within 7 days of your service, we offer complimentary repairs. Please contact us promptly to schedule your visit.

No Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for services. If you are not completely satisfied, please notify management before leaving the salon so we have the opportunity to make it right.

Health & Safety

Please inform your technician of any allergies, medical conditions (such as diabetes), injuries, or sensitivities before your service begins.

Child Safety

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and may not run or play inside the salon.

Alcohol & Complimentary Beverages

Complimentary beverages are limited to one drink per guest. Alcoholic beverages are available to guests 21+ with valid ID.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, intoxicated, or whose health condition may pose a risk.

Personal Belongings

Infinite Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
